This tab shows the information of domains and families of Labeo rohita (rohu) de novo transcriptome assembly. Links directly link to EMBL-EBI Interpro database.

This tab provides the information of pathways found in 4 sets of BPGL differential expressed genes and also provides the enzyme name and enzyme ID. Map directly link to KEGG database.
