Total 96 samples of Equus ferus caballus for seven breeds were analysed for mining ROHs. The breeds which have been considered for the work include Manipuri, Zanskari, Bhutia, Spiti, Kathiawari, Marwari and Thorough. The methodology followed is given the below flowchart.
